Download and install the latest version of the mobile app from the Apple and or the Google Play store. Once installed on your mobile device the same information (email address and password) should be used to log into the mobile application.
Tally Mobile version 1.2 focuses on the CRM component of the Tally Dashboard, its features include;
- Tracking Leads
- Document Management
- Manage Appointments
- Task Management
Using the Tally Mobile app once leads are assigned to you an notification will appear on your device allowing you to then accept and or decline said lead. If lead is accepted you will be able to read the details of the enquiry then immediate respond to said enquiry. If your leads sends you multiple enquiries you will be able to view all enquires submitted by your lead.
All contacts from the Tally Dashboard will appear in your Tally Mobile app. You will be able to
- Call you lead (telephone number must be attached)
- Send a text message
- Send an email
Other pertinent information relating to your lead will also appear within Tally Mobile, these include;
- Compliance Status
- Status (Hot, Cold, Warm or No Status)
- Price point properties your contact may be looking to rent or buy
Finally you are able to update your contact with possible lead opportunities, information required to complete this action include;
- Nature of Business
- Looking for a property Rent
- Looking for a property to purchase
- Price Range
- Type of Purchase
- Mortgage (If this option is selected you will be required to enter the name of the Mortgage company)
- Time period in which your contact us looking to complete the process
- Property type
The Tally Mobile App is an extension to the Tally Dashboard CRM application offered to agents. This app can be downloaded from the Apple and Google Play store to be installed on your favourite smart phone.
To access the app you will need your email address along with your current Tally Dashboard CRM password.
Who can access the Tally Mobile App
This can only be accessed by agents who already have access to Tally Dashboard CRM application online. In order to gain access agents will be required to enter their email address and password. Having problems access the app users will be able to use the “Forgot Password” features, here the user will be required to enter their email address to complete this process.
Important note: The same password used for Tally Dashboard CRM online is the same password required for Tally Mobile CRM
